Recently built, the villa blends contemporary design with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its wooden kitchen—both stylish and convivial—frames the sweeping views and naturally becomes a favorite gathering spot. Whether preparing meals yourself or calling upon a private chef, the space is designed for lingering over good food and conversation. It features a breakfast nook, a cozy sitting corner, and opens seamlessly to the outdoor dining area. The main living space is an outdoor lounge sheltered by a deep, covered terrace. Open on both sides, it captures gentle breezes and offers contrasting views: lush hillsides on one side and the shimmering Caribbean Sea on the other.
