The front of this pavilion opens to a generous shaded outdoor area housing the dining space and seating, leading to the beautiful heated infinity pool complete with an array of loungers. The outdoor spaces are meticulously landscaped, featuring mature gardens bursting with light pink bougainvillea and palm trees. Villa Captiva boasts rare lawn space in St. Barths, and a private sandy shore awaits guests at the bottom of the steps, perfect for al fresco lunches or barbecues, and even a refreshing swim in Marigot Bay from the villa’s private pontoon. During the December holiday period, the villa is rented at the full occupancy rate, regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
