CASA DEL MAR : Air-conditioned living room opens onto the pool terrace on one side and offers a panoramic ocean view on the other; Media room on the lower level is equipped with an overhead projector, large screen, Dish Network, Apple TV, DVD player, Sonos audio system. It also has a small kitchen area with a sink and mini-bar. Fitness room at the rear. Several lounges and dining rooms are available both inside the villa and in the vast landscaped garden. Two tables that comfortably seat eight are located adjacent to the kitchen, while an additional covered dining area with grill is located in the garden. CASA DEL SOL : Air conditioned ocean-view living room is equipped with a flat screen television, DVD player, Dish Network, Sonos audio system. There is also an outside living area on the covered terrace by the swimming pool and a dining area on the covered terrace.

Petit Cul de Sac is a small and secluded cove, great for those seeking tranquillity and shade. This beach is a part of the natural marine park which makes it a good location for snorkelling in St Barts. At the vey right of the beach, you will find the departure point to the natural pools hike.
