The main villa 5 bedrooms and the living room open onto an inside courtyard with warm Jacuzzi and bar, equipped with fridge, ice maker, sink and 4 stools. The main terrace, facing the sea, includes several living areas and a heated pool of about 1,30m deep (ideal for children), outdoor shower. A second heated Jacuzzi is also available on the terrace, as well as some fitness equipments : rowing machine, treadmill and elliptical. A spacious white sandy ground is perfect for a soccer game or to play bocce. Private beach area with lounge chairs, feet in the water. Kayaks, paddle boards, surfboards and snorkeling gears are also at disposal. At the rear of the villa is a play area with swing and slide.
