Villa Les Lataniers sits at the very end of Anse des Cayes and has beautiful, panoramic views over the sea and the green hills. Visitors seeking a haven that celebrates travel and togetherness will find all they want and more at Villa Les Lataniers, a newly built treasure that comfortably accommodates 12, providing family and friends the perfect setting in which to indulge in the best that the island has to offer.  The villa gets its name from the beautiful latanier palm tree which grows in abundance on the island, and there is no better symbol of the tropical oasis that awaits visitors who choose this six-bedroom beauty. Lovingly decorated to reflect the joys of traveling the world, the living room and bedrooms speak of exotic places around the world, with eclectic globes and maps providing a common theme throughout. The furnishings are comfortable and arranged in cozy seating areas conducive to conversation, all the while surrounded by open-air opportunities and endless vistas of the island’s northwestern sea. The multi-level marvel centers around the living room that offers soothing breezes and a wraparound terrace with multiple seating options. It connects via a magnificent open-air breezeway to a fabulously equipped chef’s kitchen and a dining room made for 12, all overlooking the ocean and one of the island’s prettiest lava pools. The pool deck itself is reminiscent of the world’s finest oceanside resorts, with oversized lounge chairs and endless views. The villa also offers a massage and spa room and a fully equipped fitness room with views of the sea. Villa Les Lataniers features six comfortable bedrooms, with a separate cabana next to the pool, a master bedroom located directly off of the living room, two bedrooms downstairs from the living area that are each equipped with two twin beds convertible to a King bed, and two other bedrooms on the same level with separate outside access. A staff room is also available on the lower level to accommodate a nanny. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and tub, as well as access to the outside.

Guests who need space for more than 12 can also rent the adjacent Villa Lo Scoglio, which offers three additional bedrooms.

Local Area

Anse des Cayes

Anse des Cayes is one of the very local surf spots in St Barts, when the conditions are favorable you can sit on the beach and watch as surfers glide along the ocean and master the art of wave carving. This beach isn’t the best for swimming or lounging as it can be often windy, but it is a great little cove for romantic walks and a great place for children to play in the small basins of water formed by the sandy cay. Located on this beach is the Manapany Hotel which offers lunch and dinner, as well as lounging chairs and couches around its lovely pool.
