Very spacious ocean view fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for 4, electric oven, induction stove, dish washer, 2 x fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, electric kettle, electric fruit squeezer, ceiling fan. Service for 10-12 guests. Gas BBQ outside.
Living Room / Dining Room
Ocean view inside living with comfortable sofas, large flat screen television with Direct TV satellite, DVD player, Ipod dock, library, ceiling fan, telephone, WIFI. The inside dining, with a rattan and glass rectangular table for 8 guests, is surrounded by large window doors, to fully enjoy the beautiful view on Marigot bay, Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, Turtle islet and the ocean. Outside dinings for 8 on the covered terrace by the Jacuzzi and on the poolside deck.
Swimming pool
Nice swimming pool (about 6m x 5m) with a nice artificial waterfall on the rocks. Sunny deck with 6 lounge chairs + 2 lounge chairs by the heated Jacuzzi with panoramic ocean view.

Gustavia : 20 minutes – Airport : 15 minutes – Restaurants : 2 minutes – Grocery : 1 minute – Beach : Marigot : 2 minutes.
Marigot beach is located not far from the roadside and is limited in parking, making it one of the less frequented beaches. However this is one of the best for snorkelling, as it is part of the natural reserve of St Barts, meaning that it is a conserved area and there is no fishing allowed here.
