Nestled on the cliff in Grand Fond, Villa Nureyev boasts a 180-degree panoramic vista of the Caribbean Sea. Positioned just above the ocean, it stands as one of the rare residences on the island where the proximity to the water is palpable, evoking a sensation akin to being gently rocked on a boat. The experience is enhanced by a sizable floating deck. Constructed entirely of wood, from floors to ceilings, the home exudes opulence and antiquity, preserving the character of a bygone era in St. Barth.
