From here, guests can take in spectacular views of the harbor while lounging by the pool or relaxing on the spacious sundeck. The main living areas, including the sleek kitchen and comfortable living room, are also located on this level. A covered terrace in front of the living room and an outdoor barbecue area add to the villa’s charm, with a breakfast bar offering a perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee.

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the upper level, with the master bedroom conveniently connected to a staircase leading down to the third bedroom. This layout can be easily separated for privacy, ensuring that each of the three bedrooms comes with its own ensuite bathroom, ample space, and private outdoor areas, all with lovely views. At the rear of the property, there is a relaxing jacuzzi area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
